2. Reasons for No Return/Refund Policy

  • We operate under a buy-and-sell model and do not manufacture goods.
  • We use third-party courier services, and items are carefully packed and dispatched.
  • Shipping costs and handling logistics make returns and exchanges impractical and cost-inefficient.
  • Our team performs thorough quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure product standards are met.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we maintain strict quality control, if you receive an item that is visibly damaged or defective upon delivery, you must:

  • Notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) via email or WhatsApp.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer a solution such as a replacement or store credit only if the claim is valid and made on time. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Failure to notify damage within the stipulated 24-hour period

5. Delivery Refusal
